Shipping & Returns

Parkway Plastics, Inc. has the ability to ship products all over the world. If you run into issues when placing an order, i.e. no shipping methods are available, please email your order to desiree@parkwayjars.com & we will be happy to assist you.

Orders placed on our site usually ship within 2-3 business days, regardless of the shipment method chosen. Choosing Expedited Service (UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day or UPS 3rd Day Select) may reduce the amount of time your order spends in transit, but please allow 2-3 business days for shipment to occur (Due to high holiday shipping volume). You should check, UPS MAP on shipping times to your location. As an example, shipping time from New Jersey to the West Coast is approximately 5 days. A street address is required for all UPS and FedEx shipments.

All shipments are made F.O.B. our plant. Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Large orders may be shipped via common carrier and usually take 3 to 4 days to ship. Shipping and Handling Charges are added to your order.

PLEASE NOTE:
* Most products are shipped via FedEx or UPS, which will not deliver to a PO Box. Ground shipping usually takes 2-7 days for delivery (CA is usually 5-7 days), from the time your order ships, as long as all the items are in stock. If any items on your order are expected to be out of stock for more than 7 days, we will contact you.

EXPEDITED ORDERS:
To Place an Expedited Order, please call us.
* We cannot gaurantee shipping times. Please note that if there is a weather delay, UPS will not accept any claims for a shipping refund. This means we cannot reimburse your shipping charge if your order doesn't arrive to you on a specific date. We are also not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect / invalid shipping information, or if no one is available to sign for the package.

* Saturday deliveries are usually not possible.

PROBLEMS DURING DELIVERY:
* Sometimes UPS or FedEx will have trouble locating an address, especially if it is a place of business that isn't open during regular hours. As a courtesy to our customers, If UPS or FedEx contacts us due to problems delivering your order, we will contact you via e-mail. It is the customer's responsibility to contact UPS or FedEx to make delivery arrangements or give them additional directions.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the product. Each product page lists the products weight, freight class and density in addition to several other shipping specs. If you need additional information, please call us. There is a 30% restocking fee for all returns. A store credit only will be issued. The following items are not returnable: Styrene Jars, and Black, metal, or lined Caps. Case counts may change without notice. If they change you will be charged for what you actually receive. We reserve the right to under or over ship all stock and custom orders by 10%.

OUR 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Please follow these directions in order to request a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a request for refund if directions are not followed.

* Parkway must be contacted before any returns are made, so that the situation can be evaluated and an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization number) or CAR (Corrective Action Report) can be issued if appropriate.

* There is a 30% restocking fee on all Straight Returns. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. A store credit only will be issued

* We must receive the items back within 30 days of the purchase date. No exceptions will be made.

* Merchandise must be in new / unused condition, and in it's original packing. Basically think of it this way: If you walked into a store to buy this product, would you actually buy it for full price, in it's current condition? If the answer is no, then it is not returnable.

* Customers are responsible for products becoming damaged during shipping back to us. Damaged packages will be refused, and not accepted as a return. When returning items, please remember to pack all items with the proper amount of peanuts / paper. You may also wish to consider buying insurance from the shipper.

* If a package is damaged during shipping to us, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipper. Also keep in mind that shipping companies will only reimburse you for the shipping & the actual cost of that product, not what you paid for the product.

* If you try to cancel an order, and find out it has already shipped, you will still need to follow the directions listed above. DO NOT REFUSE THE ORDER. Any customer refusing an order after it is shipped, will still be responsible for the shipping costs back to us.
