Good quality. Perfect size!

We use other jars of the same material and were therefore already familiar with how well they work with our products. However, Parkway is the ONLY place we found with this particular size, which fits a particular need perfectly!! Quality is as good, if not better, than the other jars of the same type that we use.

Better than Anticipated

The quality of the molding takes full advantage of the clarified polypropylene. My use for these containers is for growing mushroom spawn, plant micro-propagation and germinating orchid seeds. I am doing this on an amateur science basis in hopes of turning it into a career. The optical clarity of the smooth molding is outside my expectations, as far as being able to observe what is going on inside the containers. One of the problems with glass is while it is autoclavable, when it comes time to mix the inoculating hydrated, sterilized grain in mushroom spawn jars, the safety hazards of glass become an issue, especially in an busy lab. Labs often resort to used a clean, warn out tire to smack the jars against to loosen up the grains. These are sturdy enough to make mixing the spawn much safer.

Works well with my speed mixer

We use these disposable cups with our speed mixer. We use them in the laboratory to mix colloids, fluids, powders, pastes, creams, grease, resins, inks, paints and silicone mixtures in varying batch sizes.
